Owner & President, Jesse Dahlheimer grew up in Dayton MN. After graduating from Champlin Park High School,  Jesse served four years in the US Marine Corps. After the Marine Crops, he worked 20 years in the union as a foreman. He created Hybrid Caulking with one goal “A Higher Standard” of both caulking and service in mind. He has found a niche in the luxury residential market due to his attention to detail and commitment to quality. He is extremely hard working, loyal, communicative and ready to change the way things are done in the industry.  A higher standard is always the goal. 

Co-owner & Vice President, Tim West has also been in the caulking industry for 20+ years! Tim grew up in Brooklyn Center, MN and now resides in Delano, MN. His work ethic is also unmatched. Jesse likes to say "I've never seen anyone beat him to the job site." He joined forces with Jesse in 2021, and hasn’t looked back since. Tim is an expert in residential & commercial caulking and has been perfecting his craft and efficiency! No job too small, no job too big for TW. He will get it done with perfection in mind.
